As SIMHUB.PRO ships directly from our warehouse in Poland (European Union), please be aware of the following important details regarding taxes, delivery, and product specifications for orders shipped to the United Kingdom.

1. VAT

Since the UK is not part of the EU customs union, your order is treated as an import.

• VAT (Value Added Tax): For orders with a total value exceeding £135, UK VAT (currently 20%) is not included in the price you pay at our checkout. Instead, you will be required to pay this tax directly to the shipping carrier before or upon delivery.

2. Carrier Brokerage Fees

The shipping courier (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx) handles the customs clearance process on your behalf to speed up delivery. For this service, they charge a brokerage fee.

• This fee is separate from the shipping cost paid to us.
• You will receive an invoice from the carrier (usually via email or text) which must be paid to release your package for final delivery.

3. Power Plugs (European Standard)

Most electronic devices sold on our store are supplied with a standard European plug (Type F / Schuko) or Type C, compatible with EU sockets (230V).

• Note: These plugs are not compatible with standard UK wall outlets (Type G) without an adapter.
• Special Request: If receiving a UK plug is critical for you, please contact us before placing your order. We will check if it is possible to provide a different cable or adapter for your specific item.

To make a VAT-exempt purchase, please send the following information to our email address sales@simhub.pro:

• Your company name
• Your VAT identification number
• Your full billing address
• A detailed order list

Once we receive this information, we will verify your VAT exemption status and process your order accordingly.
